OFFICIAL RAFFLE / GIVEAWAY RULES
1. Sponsor
This raffle/giveaway (“Raffle”) is sponsored by Ciera’s Wish Foundation and Butler Performance, collectively referred to as the “Sponsors.”
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (nineteen (19) or older in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) or older in Mississippi). Officers and directors of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Raffle Period
The Raffle begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 7, 2026, and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on June 6, 2026 (“Raffle Period”). Entries submitted outside this period are void and will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Raffle by visiting pontiacsinpigeonforge.com and completing the online entry form, or by sending a mail-in entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Online entries: Participants may submit an unlimited number of entries online during the Raffle Period.

All final mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Promotion end date, May 1, 2026, and received by May 15, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Butler Edelbrock D-Port, 72cc, Hydraulic Roller Top End Package (BPI-TEP-DP-72HR)
- Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random at the time of the drawing on June 6, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via [email/phone/social media] immediately at the time of the drawing.
The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. If the selected winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Raffle.
12. Governing Law
The Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified from the Raffle at the Sponsors’ sole discretion for:
- Violating any of the Official Raffle Rules
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the Raffle in any way
Disqualified entries will not be considered for the prize, and the Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner if necessary.
